CONFERENCE PROGRAM

The Conference program is subject to changes. Due to a large number of lecturers, there is a possibility of their unpredictable cancellation. Also, there is a possibility that an announced “to be confirmed” lecturer will not be able to participate at the Conference. At all such cases, the organizer will rearrange other lecturers accordingly or arrange a substitute lecturer.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

Hotel accommodation is paid directly to the hotel and IS NOT included in the Conference fee. Conference participants should make reservations directly at The Esplanade Zagreb Hotel. For futher information please contact:

REGISTRATION FEE

Conference registration fee includes conference attendance; Lunch and Gala Reception first day of the Conference; lunch and Štrukli FarewellParty second day of the Conference; Coffee and beverages during the refreshment breaks at the Conference. Conference Registration Fee amounts to:

Registration till 31.08.2023	€ 310 + PDV
Registration from 01.09.2023	€ 370 + PDV

Discounts will be granted for additional participants within the same company. The first participant pays the full price of the registration fee, and each following participant is conceded a discount of 10%.

REGISTRATION FEE PAYMENT

After you have submitted the filled out Conference Registration form you will be issued an invoice according to which you will pay the total amount of the registration fee to:
