Ladies and gentlemen,

We are inviting you to the Seventh Annual International Conference on the Real Estate Market in Croatia.

During our past six Conferences, we have achieved the following:

• 500 speakers on
• more than 120 panels with
• more than 3000 participants
• from more than 30 countries.

In the preparation of the Seventh Annual International Conference on the Real Estate Market in Croatia, we are investing great efforts to make it at least as successful as the previous Conferences.

Program of the Seventh Conference

The Conference will start with the main panel Let's REdiscuss – WHERE ARE WE AND WHERE ARE WE GOING? The speakers at the panel will be

• Prof. Ljubo Jurčić, Ph.D., Faculty of Economics and Business at University of Zagreb
• Borislav Škegro, M.A., Partner, Quaestus Private Equity d.o.o.
• Sandra Švaljek, Ph.D., Director, The Institue of Economics, Zagreb
• Marko Škreb, Ph.D., Chief Economist, Privredna banka Zagreb d.d.

Panel moderator will be Marija Noršić, Member of the Management Board of Filipović Business Advisory Ltd.

We are currently in the process of preparing the whole Conference Program, with the aim of having the most professional speakers speak at the Conference about the most important matters of the real estate development, at the same time taking into account difficult circumstances of the present market. As soon as the Program is prepared in full, we shall publish it on our web page.

Participants

The Sixth Annual International Conference on the Real Estate Market in Croatia was held on May 04 & 05, 2010 in the Regent Esplanade Zagreb Hotel. More than 500 people from 15 countries took part: Croatia, Slovenia, Spain, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Belgium, Hungary, Turkey, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Netherlands, USA and Estonia.

Participants included local and foreign developers, investors, bankers, representatives of a variety of government bodies, architects, urban planners and other designers, professionals in the field of construction, real estate, legal and advisory services and experts.
